I have three children.  Sean, 20, goes to UK, Patrick, 17, is a senior at Trinity and Kate, 11, goes to St. Agnes.  I have been married to Rick Smith for almost 23 years and I work at Cardinal HIll Rehabilitation Center/Easter Seals of Louisville.

I am currently a pediatric oncology nurse at Kosair Children’s.  I have been employed there for 25 years.  I graduated from Spalding College in 1982 with a BSN.  I am still single and live in Louisville. I am a part-time Nursing Faculty at Bellarmine University and I am very active in my church.  I am the Chairperson of Parish Health Ministry at St. Stephen Martyr Catholic Church.  I am very involved with many volunteer organizations in our area. Pres is such a special place and has still very much influenced my life today.

I am married to Nick Kapustin veterinarian in LaGrange Ky.

I have 3 boys. Nathan is 14 yrs and a freshman at St. X.

Eric is 13 yrs and a 7th grader (Perry Meridian Middle School in Indy). Christopher is 7 yrs and a 2nd grader (Glenns Valley Elem in Indy).

Currently I live in Indianapolis IN but am trying to move back to Louisville (trying to sell the house). I work for American Trans Air (airline based out of Indy).
